Caledon and Bolton sit at the edge of our service area. Longer scheduled shifts work better here than short visits. Call us and we will be straight with you about what we can commit to.
Caledon is 689 square kilometres holding about 76,580 people, roughly 111 per square kilometre. Around 11,400 residents are over 65. The Town expects 10,000 more residents over 55 by 2031.
We are based in Aurora, and Caledon is the edge of what we can reach. Bolton is about forty minutes from our office off-peak; Alton is over an hour. We support several Caledon families and we would rather tell you where we can realistically commit than take a booking we cannot keep through a February morning.

Bolton, Caledon East and the Southfields and Mayfield West area are where we can offer the most reliable cover. Palgrave, Caledon Village, Inglewood, Cheltenham and Alton we will discuss case by case, and we will be straight with you about it.
Across Caledon we suggest longer scheduled shifts rather than short daily visits. Over these distances a caregiver who stays six or eight hours does far more good than three separate calls, and the schedule holds up in winter.
Caledon's own Age-Friendly survey found older residents saying programs are too far from where they live and hard to reach in winter. The Town's on-demand transit pilot, launched in September 2026, covers only Bolton, Caledon East and Mayfield West and Southfields — the rural villages have no fixed-route service at all. Driving is often the service, not an extra.

We continuously review care plans, communicate with families, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality, consistency, and satisfaction for every client we serve.
There is no hospital in Caledon. Most residents are discharged from Brampton Civic Hospital, or from Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville if you are in the north or west of the town. Peel Memorial in Brampton is an urgent care centre, not an emergency department — worth knowing before you need it.
Residential options are similarly thin. The Vera M. Davis Community Care Centre and King Nursing Home are the town's long-term care homes, and Aspira Bolton Mills and Sorrento are the retirement residences — four facilities in the whole town, all four in Bolton. For most of Caledon, ageing at home is not a preference so much as the only option nearby.
One practical note: publicly funded home care in Caledon is arranged through Ontario Health atHome's Central West area, based in Brampton — a different region from York Region, with a different intake. The Caledon Seniors Centre in Bolton and Caledon Community Services are the two local organizations most worth knowing.

Our caregivers receive continuous training in senior support, dementia care, and safety practices, ensuring your loved one receives consistent, professional assistance every single day.
We design care around your loved one’s lifestyle, health needs, and preferences, giving every family truly personalized support that evolves as circumstances change.
We keep families informed with regular updates, ensuring open communication, transparency, and peace of mind for every client we serve.
We’re proud to serve communities with care that’s grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of local families’ needs and values.
We would rather be honest than over-promise. Bolton, Caledon East and the Southfields and Mayfield West area are where we can offer the most reliable cover. Palgrave, Caledon Village, Inglewood, Cheltenham and Alton we will discuss case by case, and across Caledon we usually suggest longer scheduled shifts rather than short daily visits.
